Place Name
This is one of a number of roads introduced around 2009, following the £140m regeneration of a run-down estate in Rayners Lane Estate. As part of the scheme, which has been a graffiti hotspot, residents were allowed to pick the names for the newly created roads. They chose several reflecting their hopes for a more pleasant, calmer and prosperous environment. Other names picked include the nearby Harmony Terrace, Goodwill Drive, and Karma Way.
