Susan (also spelt Susannae) Isham (1637 – 1687), was the daughter of Sir Justinian Isham, a scholar and royalist politician. He was a Member of Parliament during the Restoration and early member of the Royal Society. On May 4, 1556, she became the third wife of Sir Nicholas Carew, who was a former Lord of the Manor of Norbury. The couple had eight children.
