Patience Luetchford (died 1897) was the second wife of the Falcon Wood estate’s developer Alfred Heaver. The pair married at St Mary’s Church, Lewisham on July 26, 1875, just over a year after Heaver’s first wife Isabella, Patience’s sister, had passed away. The two women were the daughters of John James Luetchford, a baker. In December 1888, Heaver married again, this time to a Fanny Tutt.
