Sports heritage. A new development laid out over the old tennis courts and pavilion of St George’s Sports Ground. According to Sarah Wigglesworth Architects this 4.7m project, which was completed in 2017, “shows how simple yet distinctive design can rethink the ubiquitous suburban home”. It adds: “The project includes twenty seven new homes for Notting Hill Housing Trust on part of a disused greenfield site adjacent to the local Church, Vicarage and Church Hall.”
