Place Name
Part of the early 1980s development of the former St Anne’s and St Joseph’s Orphanage sites. It is named after Mother Marcellina Fallon, who was one of the Sisters of Mercy connected with the St Anne’s Orphanage. Catholic priest Father Michael Phelan was asked to suggest two names for streets when the area was developed.
