Place Name
Developed as part of the Walwood Park Building Estate by a partnership which included R Dickson Poppleton of Hyde Park Gate South, between 1894 and 1896. His partners were Spencer Chadwick, of 17 Parliament Street and George Goldney Cary, from Stonebridge Park, Middlesex. The deeds called them The Syndicate and between them they were instrumental in laying out the roads, general development and sales.
