Place Name
Once part of the grounds of Abbey Lodge, this was part of the in-fill (developing odd nooks of land for housing) that took place in the 1970s. This included Fiske Court, a development by the Hanover Housing Association. In November 2018, the Association merged with Anchor to form Anchor Hanover Group. Hanover Housing Association had originally been formed in 1963 taking its name from Hanover Gate (also known as the West Gate) into Regent’s Park, where the first Board meetings of the Association were held. It managed almost 19,000 mixed tenure retirement and extra care properties on more than 600 estates.
