Place Name
Laid out over the site of the former St Francis’ Hospital, which closed in 1991 and was sold for development. The hospital buildings were knocked down in 1993 and a new estate was laid out. This road was named in 1995, and the name taken from a telephone directory, according to the Dulwich Society website.
