James Green, Judith Filson, and Margaret Watson in The Streets of Richmond and Kew write: “A very small access way on the new Queens Road estate built by Richmond Parish Lands Charity. It is named in honour of Mr V H Jones, the first Secretary of the Charity Trust.” It was named in 1984.
