Place Name
Henry Langdon, was a market gardener who lived in Mortlake from 1866. He was elected to the Urban District Council in 1894 and became its vice-chairman 12 years later. Her lived at Rose Cottage in Lower Richmond Road until his death in 1918. The road was named in his honour in 1923.
