Place Name
Named in honour of scholar and journalist, Samuel Harvey Reynolds (1831 – February 7, 1897) who lived in East Ham from 1871. During his time here, the former lawyer (he was forced to give it up following an accident that damaged his eyesight), contributed many leading articles to The Times.
