Place Name
Named in 2005 as part of the London & Quadrant Housing Association redevelopment of Beaumont council housing estate. It recalls the Pardoe family who were the lords of Leyton Grange Manor from 1794. John Pardoe, a director of the East India Company, had bought the manor in two lots, when he died in 1798 the property was passed to his grandson, also called John Pardoe.
