The Reverend Algernon George Lawley (December 15, 1857 – June 14, 1931), who held the title 5th Baron Wenlock, was a Prebendary of St Paul’s Cathedral serving as vicar of St John’s Parish Church in Hackney from 1907. He went on to become the vicar at St. Peter’s, Eaton Square, between 1913 and 1916.
