Place Name
Belmont comes from the Norman meaning fine hill. It was a popular name around London and beyond. Belmont House was built near here.
This article was corrected thanks to new information. It previously read: that Belmont Road was in DA7, it is in fact in DA8.
Belmont road was where my dad lived and it was DA8.
